Tried a new deepwater mark today hoping for bigger tope we lost a large female tope at boat side when she threw the hook probably the biggest ive seen around 40/50 lbs but we had a great day never a minutes rest over 30 spurs some good specimen spurs and half a dozen huss some nice ones too wind got up a bit in evening forcing us back inshore but a great day was had by all.
